HOS Alerts: a text before a driver runs over.

Every night, any driver who clocks out at 8:30 PM or later gets a text with their earliest start time tomorrow: their 10-hour reset. Drivers closing in on the 70-hour limit get told to take a 34-hour reset, and you and your managers get the full list. You can move the 8:30 PM cutoff. It already runs every night in our own fleet, works with any plan, and is priced on its own, per driver.

Your drivers' names never leave your building.

Most tools in this space want your drivers, your settlements, and your margins on their servers. MilepostOS installs on your computer and keeps your records in a database on that machine. The only thing that goes online is the pay math: hours, stops, and rates under coded IDs, calculated and sent straight back.
